TransHumans was created in France in 2006 as a non-profit association. The main objective was to develop environmental and cultural educational projects in rural areas of Argentina and Chile.
TransHumans is a team of young professionals specializing in tourism, archaeology, communication and agronomy among other disciplines. They believe in responsible tourism as a way to guide travellers while keeping local culture alive, promoting the local economy and preserving the environment. Besides the exploration of stunning landscapes, their trips seek to encourage exchange between travellers and locals, by sharing experiences, knowledge and establishing human connections. TransHumans works with small family boutique hotels, communities and local guides and specializes in tailor-made adventure trips to Argentina and Chile: Self-guided, for those who want to travel independently, exploring by themselves, following the itinerary in a customized road book. The Self-drive option will give you access to more secluded spots, for a deeper sense of adventure. Guided, where you are accompanied by knowledgeable local guides, helping you navigate unfamiliar places and travel with confidence, for a deep experience.
