Andalucia is the intense, passionate and sensuous soul of Spain. Everything about it—its architecture, food, language and music—are unforgettable because they were born out of mixed roots and the collision of cultures. Catholic, Moorish, Jewish, folk and Gypsy worlds swirled together for centuries to create something unique… something that is, as Federico Garcia Lorca might say, deeply alive.
