Day by Day

Spend the day exploring Australia's fabulous capital of art, food, and culture, Melbourne. Tour the city's colourful street art, meet the faces behind the produce at the famed Queen Victoria’s Market and visit the hip seaside suburbs of St Kilda.

Join the Portets at their renowned winery in the Yarra Valley for a lovely barrel tasting. This afternoon, enjoy up-close encounters with over 200 Aussie species at the Healesville Sanctuary—be sure to visit the platypus!

Explore the sun-soaked capital city of Queensland by bicycle this afternoon. Discover the hottest places to eat, drink and dance in Brisbane from a local's perspective.

Head inland towards the spectacular Scenic Rim Trail, where your incredible 4-day walking experience begins. Conquer the twin peaks of Mount Mitchell and arrive back at camp in time for a gourmet dinner alongside award-winning local wines.

Hike the beautiful and historic Millar Vale and Oaky Creeks—presumed to be the original route for indigenous traders passing the Great Dividing Range. Your efforts are followed by an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation back at camp.

Hike through ancient rainforest and up Cedar Mountain for breathtaking views of the Scenic Rim—no doubt the most rewarding hike of the trip. Celebrate your accomplishments tonight at the indulgent Spicers Peak Lodge.

After a scenic morning hike, head to Byron Bay—famous for its glorious beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and eclectic mix of boho-chic sophistication. Enjoy this vibrant beachside town at your leisure this evening.

Get a taste of the local culture with your own private surf lesson, followed by an in-depth tour of Byron Bay and its surroundings. After lunch at a local hangout, you're free to relax in town or back at the resort.

Get out on the water on a guided sea kayaking tour with some friendly locals (dolphins and sea turtles, that is!). This afternoon, enjoy a delicious foodie tour highlighting many of the well-known organic and health-conscious options in Byron.

This morning, you're off to Sydney—one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Explore with your local host, hitting iconic sights including Bondi Beach and ending with a behind-the-scenes tour of the famed Opera House.

Tour Sydney's beautiful suburbs on a private city biking tour. Put an end to your trip with an unforgettable walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge—where you’ll have unbeatable 360-degree views of the city!

Enjoy your final morning in Sydney before a private transfer to the airport and your onward flight home. We hope you’ve enjoyed a fabulous time Downunder!
