Day by Day

Upon arrival, settle in and meet with a Canyon Ranch program advisor to go over your wellness agenda for the next few days. Dinner tonight is a private function designed just for us, followed by a learning session where you'll be immersed in the healing spirit of nature.

Embark on a mindful journey designed exclusively for B&R, where you'll uncover relationships between your 'inner landscape' and the outer landscape surrounding you—or, opt for a 30-40 km bike ride highlighting the beauty of the Catalina Foothills. This afternoon, take part in a uniquely spiritual fire-making lesson.

Head out in a privately guided petroglyph hike, learning all about the cultural and spiritual significance of these ancient creations—or, set out on an easy cycle through Saguaro National Park. Tonight is a special stargazing event with guest, Ben Loker, who will share with us the science and mythologies behind many well-known constellations.

Begin your day with a two-hour 'Spirit Walk' where you'll have the chance to reflect on the spiritual voyage you've taken, or opt for an invigorating bike ride. Tonight involves a specially planned 'Fire Ceremony', marking your commitment to moving forward refreshed, renewed and bursting with positive energy.

Take advantage of your last Pilates or yoga class, or squeeze in a final massage this morning. You are free to depart according to your flight schedule, whereby a Canyon Ranch host will escort you to the Tucson airport.
