Old world charm meets new world cool

Geographically narrow, culturally robust; welcome to Chile! Dominated by the Andes and the Pacific on a strip of land that runs up South America’s southwest coast, Chile boasts a mix of European and indigenous influences that imbue the country with an old school, colonial feel. A Mediterranean climate and increasingly organic, sustainable farming practices have also earned the country’s wines international acclaim, nowhere more evident than at your final hotel, Viña Vik, ranked one of Travel + Leisure’s best new hotels in the world.

Day by Day

Bienvenida! Welcome to Chile! Your carriage will await you at Santiago airport and you'll venture to The Singular, your five-star home for the night. Here you'll be given time to rest or explore the city at your leisure - your call.

Say goodbye to The Singular and hello to your bike, it'll be your trusty steed for the week. Today you'll roll through the lush and fertile Casablanca Valley, be given an introduction to fruit-producing and have lunch amid the beautiful Kingston Family Vineyards before venturing forth to La Casona.

Soak up the glory of the San Antonio Valley as you ride a picturesque loop from the hotel. Wine tasting, asado-style lunch, dinner by the ocean—we've got this!

With waves crashing to your right and the mountains fading into the distance on your left, you'll pedal 60 km from Santo Domingo through the vines of the back-country to your beach-side hotel, stopping for lunch in the sleepy village of Rapel.

Biking from the coast into the deep countryside, you`ll meet for lunch in the small town of Litueche, famous for its annual Fiesta de la Fruta. Later you can relax in your hotel; a beautifully restored hacienda. Perfecto

Pedaling east through estancia (ranch) country, you`ll pass small vineyards and the colonial-era town of Santa Cruz. You`ll venture to Chile’s premium winemaking region, where you`ll stop for lunch ahead of a wine tasting at Neyen Winery, on site of one of the country’s oldest vineyards.

Today you`ll be able to explore the 11,000 acre estate of you final (and utterly fabulous) hotel, Viña Vik. You`ll bask in a final sumptuous lunch and wine tasting at the estate`s winery. The afternoon is yours to enjoy with a spa and infinity pool at your disposal — or head into the mountain by foot, bike or horse! We`ll celebrate your final night with dinner at the Vik.

Adios Amigos! After breakfast you`ll be driven back to Santiago airport.
