Day by Day

Meet your local host in Adelaide and head to the Arkaba Station, your Outback home for the next few days. At the end of the day, you’ll find yourselves just where you should be – with a chilled glass of wine in hand, watching as the sun sets over the craggy sandstone bluffs.

Explore the station today with your naturalist guides. You’ll discover the gorges and valleys of the Flinders Ranges, keeping an eye out for some unique wildlife! Tonight's dinner involves fabulous local fare and is, of course, accompanied by some sensational South Australian wines.

Today, take a drive through Clare Valley wine country and back to the Barossa Valley with your private guide. Cruise the famous Riesling Bike Trail, stopping to sample some fantastic white wines along the way. You are free to explore the many fabulous restaurants in Adelaide on your own tonight for dinner.

Discover the city of Adelaide this morning on a tour with your local host. Later, a short flight brings you to Kangaroo Island where you'll hop on some fat bikes and begin exploring this beautiful land.

This morning, your local host will give you a further introduction to life on the island. There will be plenty of opportunity for wildlife sightings, including wallabies, kangaroos and some sleepy koalas. After a rustic lunch in the bush, visit a fur seal colony at Cape du Couedic before heading back to the homestead for the evening.

Uncover the coastline by boat today, seeing more of Kangaroo Island’s unique marine and birdlife, including albatross, penguins and sea birds—you’ll even get the chance to snorkel alongside dolphins! After lunch, we’ll visit Seal Bay Conservation Park, where hundreds of sea lions call the beautiful sandy beach home.

This morning, a one-hour road trip to Kingscote will connect you with your flight to Adelaide, and onward to your next destination.
