Home to some of our favourite Italian food, the culinary adventures are as extraordinary as the scenery in this region. Following an ancient route, we will pedal flat farmland and riverside paths from Verona to Mantua to Venice. We’ll stop to explore Emilia and perfectly preserved Ferrara before culminating the trip in the famously renowned city of canals, where the gondola ride to dinner may forever transform your sense of wonder.
