The activity choices are endless today: walk vast floodplains with the bull elephants in sight, dine amidst herds of buffalo, gaze upon prides of lions, or enjoy sundowners with hippos on the banks of the Zambezi, take your pick.
Today, you may choose to take a tour of the National Parks Headquarters, watch for over 400 stunning bird species in the area, or fish from the banks of the Zambezi River. Tonight, we suggest enjoying drinks around the fire pit under a starry sky.
Fly from the Mana Pools to Bumi Hills, where you'll board a boat to your new island home, Musango Safari Camp. Your days here are flexible, with activities ranging from black rhino tracking to dinosaur fossil visits.
Take advantage of Musango's 23-foot catamaran with a sailing excursion to a nearby island. This afternoon, keen anglers may choose to do some fishing or perhaps set out on a game drive.
The adventures continue with another full day of safari, fishing or animal tracking ahead. Be sure to take advantage of your guides' intimate knowledge of the area!
Hop on a short flight to your next lodge at Victoria Falls—arguably Zimbabwe's grandest attraction (certainly its loudest). Relax by the infinity pool, set out on a game drive, or spend time exploring the craft markets in the nearby town.
Take a guided tour of the Falls today (also known as "the smoke that thunders"). Watching the waters plummet dramatically into the Batoka Gorge over 100 metres below is truly an awe-inspiring experience.
Join a conservation-focused safari this morning and learn about the anti-poaching initiatives happening in Zambezi National Park. Be sure to leave some time to get acquainted with Zimbabwe's more nocturnal residents on a sunset river cruise!
Squeeze in one final safari activity before making your way back to O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg for your evening departure home. Safe onward journey!
