Day 1: Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy You will be picked up from the hotel in Nairobi in the morning by 0730. Depart for a 3hr journey to Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy. As you drive North on a clear day, you will view the tallest mountain in Kenya, Mt Kenya and pass through the agricultural highlands. Arrival and game drive before check in at Serena Sweetwaters Camp. After lunch, embark on a game drive and also visit the chimps sanctuary. Dinner and overnight. Hotel options: Falcon Heights Hotel, Kongoni Camp, Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club or The Stables Day 2: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru After breakfast, depart for a 3.5hr journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival and check in at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge or Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or Sentrim Elementaita Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight. Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve After breakfast, depart to drive for 6hr across the Masai plains to Masai Mara. Arrival and check in at Mara Sopa Lodge or Ilkeliani Camp. After lunch, go out for an afternoon game drive until sunset. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Day 4: Day in Masai Mara Rise early and go for a dawn game drive, returning to the lodge by 0900 for late breakfast. Rest at the lodge in the mid-morning or visit a Masai village to return to the lodge in time for lunch. A late afternoon game drive is scheduled to further explore the wilderness looking for the animals. Return to the lodge in time for a shower, followed by time round the bonfire, exchanging stories of the day with the other guests. Candlelit dinner completes the day, after which you will be escorted to your room. Day 5: Masai Mara to Nairobi After breakfast, depart for the 6hr journey back to Nairobi. Arrive Nairobi by 1430. Lunch can be arranged at extra cost at the famous Carnivore BBQ Restaurant. Time permitting, drive round the city centre to see various landmarks. Other activities you could take at extra cost are: Giraffe Centre tour, National Museums tour, Karen Blixen Museums tour or Bomas of Kenya. Transfer to the airport.
