Enjoy a delicious lunch in the dining car with a view of the passing landscape as the train heads north to Zeerust. Dine on a sumptuous dinner as the train passes through the Magaliesburg Range on its way to Mahikeng. Day 2: Head for BotswanaUp arrowSpend the morning relaxing on board as the train proceeds through the landscapes of Botswana towards Zimbabwe. Enjoy the scenery from the observation car, with its enlarged windows and open-air balconies, as you travel up the eastern portion of Botswana before crossing into Zimbabwe. Your overnight stop is at Mpopoma. Day 3: Into ZimbabweUp arrowToday you travel along the eastern border of Hwange National Park, the largest game reserve in Zimbabwe, on one of the continent's longest stretches of straight railway line, which measures 114km (70 miles). Stop at Kennedy Station for the game drive at The Hide before reboarding for dinner and your overnight stop at Thompson Junction.
