Detailed Itinerary

 

DAY 1: ARRIVE TO KATHMANDU

Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. We will welcome you and explain the program further. There are no planned activities for the day so check into the hotel. Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2: SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU

We will be exploring the nook and corner of the city and paying a visit to the diverse cultural heritages. This city tour will be arranged as per your desire and therefore be prepared for the journey.

DAY 3: KATHMANDU TO BIRETHANTHI (850, 200KM/6 HOURS DRIVE)

Today we head towards Pokhara; a touristic city of Nepal. We depart for Pokhara early in the morning. Breakfast and lunch will be served whilst travelling. We pass through beautiful hilly villages along with the Trishuli River. Upon reaching Pokhara we will further drive to Nayapul from there we further hike up to Birethanthi.

DAY 4: BIRETHANTHI TO ULLERI (2,073M)

Today our trekking part begins and we walk up to the Ulleri. We commence our trek by following the Burungdi Khola upstream. We stop for lunch at Tikhedunga and from there we climb on long steep stone staircase through the neatly terraced hillsides to the top of Ulleri

DAY 5: ULLERI TO GHOREPANI (2,800 M)

From Ulleri we transverse through rhododendron forests to Ghorepani. In spring the forest is a blaze of colour. When we reach Ghorepani we can see mountains appearing with magnificent - Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Machhapucchare, and Lamjung.

DAY 6: HIKE TO POON HILL (3,200 M)-TREK TO TADAPANI

Poon hill is absolutely on the highlights of this trek. This place is the most beautiful view point in the Annapurna region. Sunrise from this place is unbelievable. We leave for Poon hill before the day breaks. We hike for about 50 minutes to view the glorious sunrise from the Poon hill and from there we walk to, the trail passes through the rhododendron forest.

DAY 7: TREK TO CHHOMROONG (2,100 M)

We Leave the Tadapani with the beautiful views of Annapurna south and Fishtail Mountain. We descend steeply to the valley basin at Ghurjung River. We from here Climb along the mountain side to Chhomrong which is situated high up on the mountain ridge. Chhomrong is a Cultural village of Gurung people. The village boats the majestic view of Annapurna South (7,219 m), Fishtail (6,993 m).

DAY 8: TREK TO DOVAN (6 HRS)

We leave for Dovan by trekking down to Chhomrong River and then climbing up to Sinwa which takes about 3 hrs. Form here we enter the Annapurna and from Sinwa we will climb down to Modi River and again climb gently towards Dovan.

DAY 9: CLIMB TO DEURALI (3,300 M)

We walk for about 5 hours before we reach Deurali. We enter into higher altitude so we keep slow pace and climb to another hamlet of Himalaya. From there we enter into climb steeply for one hrs to Hinku cave and finally reach Deurali.

DAY 10: TREK TO ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP (4,200M)

Today we will reach ultimate destination which we sought after. We hit the trail from Deurali to Fishtail base camp which is an avalanche prone area. It will take about 3 hrs to get to fishtail base camp at 3,700 m. From Fishtail the trail to Annapurna base camp climbs gradually to the snowfield and meanders around the edge of glacier. At Base Camp we are blessed with the 360 degree view of highest mountains in the world.

DAY 11: TREK DOWN TO BAMBOO           

After accomplishing the Annapurna Base camp we head down slowly to Bamboo with the refreshment of lovely sunrise. Bamboo is a small settlement before we reach Sinuwa.

DAY 12: TREK BACK TO JHINU DANDA (1,600 M)

We head to Jhinu dada following the same trail we took to climb up till Chhomrong. Jhinu Dada has hot springs that will relax our body from the strenuous walking.

DAY 13: JHINU TO POKHARA

From Jhinu we trek to Nayapul and from Nayapul we drive back to Pokhara. We explore the Pokhara city which is very famous among the tourists.

DAY 14: POKHARA TO KATHMANDU

After 6-7 hours’ drive we will reach the heart of the country where the necessary preparation for the departure day will be carried out. This is a day for you and therefore you can explore the shops and spas of the city or join the evening worship at Pashupatinath. If time is sufficient we will be preparing a small farewell get-together.

DAY 15: DEPARTURE

Our representative will be escorting you to the airport after a short souvenir distribution program at the office. It will be our way of thanking you for the wonderful time.
