The active-fitness program integrates elements of both indoor fitness workouts and outdoor activities and is well suited for those who are looking to lose weight through increased physical activity and a balanced diet.
When you arrive at the resort, an initial fitness consultation will take place and an exercise program will be laid out for you after testing your aerobic capacity, heart rate, and overall strength.
With an understanding of where your body needs improvement and the type of experience you are looking for, you will test your muscle endurance and gauge how your body responds to outdoor training, white water rafting or personalized treks.
For four hours per day, you will take part in individual training sessions (fitness, outdoor bootcamp) and scheduled group fitness routines (yoga, mobility, core strength). All exercise programs have been created in collaboration with Sumaya, a pioneer in the fitness industry.
The program includes a curated menu, an ideal mix of protein and carbohydrates providing optimum nutrients to help participants recuperate in a sustained manner.
