The Farm concept aims at helping you replenish your health by following a Five Pillars protocol (Diagnose, Cleanse, Nourish, Repair, and Sustain) designed to make you fitter, stronger, and more flexible.
A team of licensed medical doctors, nutritionists, fitness coaches, yoga teachers, and physical therapists will guide you through a personalized nutrition and training plan created to help you achieve visible results based on your fitness goals.
After your initial health evaluation, you will undergo fitness and nutrition assessments. The resorts fitness coaches, physical therapists, and nutritionists will lay out a (mainly raw) vegan meal plan and exercise routine custom-tailored to suit your needs.
You will take part in four personal training sessions consisting of circuit training, plyometrics, calisthenics, power walks, bootcamp-style training. Yoga classes, guided meditation and Tai Chi sessions will be included in your routine.
