  • Delight in the stunning beauty of Western Ghats, unravel the monsoon beauty of this region by undertaking a monsoon trek to Kohoj fort. This ancient masterpiece can be reached from the Vaghote village on Palghar. Get ready to delight in the stunning natural beauty of this slice of paradise on earth!
  • At the base of the fort is a lake which gives you a beautiful reflection of the fort. Spend some amazing time with rest of the group members while exploring the silence prevailing the entire lake and this tiny hamlet surrounding this serene water body. Enthrall in a delightful 2 Hour trek to the plateau. Once you reach the plateau begin exploring the fort. Mesmerize in the spell-bounding beauty of the temple of Lord Shankar and 3 groups of water cisterns from the top.
  • Enjoy the striking beauty of various natural pinnacles formed due to wind-erosion, two of them bear a close resemblance to a human figure which is one of the greatest wonders of nature’s creation. Get ready to make some pleasant memories while you trek to Kohoj Fort.

  • Day 1 -

    05:50 am: Meeting point will be Pritam Hotel, Dadar (east).

    06:30 am: Pickup point at National park, Borivli (east).

    09.00 am: Reach base village. Breakfast enroute.

    09.30 am: After introduction and briefing, start the trek.

    12.30 pm: Reach the top. Rest and explore.

    02:00 pm: Start the descend.

    03:30 pm: Reach the base. Have lunch.

    05:00 pm: Move towards Mumbai.

    09:00 pm: Reach Mumbai.

    Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
    Adhere to the instructions of your guide /Trek leader as his decision will be final and binding.
    Management reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.
    Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact send a text message.
    Kindly maintain an appropriate dress code while travelling and avoid low cut and figure hugging outfits.
    It is mandatory to visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip.
    Kindly inform the management in case of any medical issue so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval.
    Basic first aid will be provided by the management in case of any unexpected mishaps or accidents. Also, under such scenario management will look after the arrangements for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.
    Do not litter or hamper the ancient heritage around the area.
    Do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments, jewelry.
    Management will not be responsible in case of any theft or other mishandling of your valuables
    Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking or any adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events you are at your own risk.
    Management is not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.
    Everybody in expected to follow the standard code of conduct, to avoid troubling fellow trekkers or other people from group or even local people.
    Take care at every place while walking /climbing / trekking as trekking might get tricky due to monsoon season.
    Rains are expected so please double pack your valuables in plastic bags to save them from getting wet.
    Refrain from littering the surroundings of the premises.
    This activity can be availed as a private or group tour
    If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
    The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
    The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
