About the Activity:
  • Experience the adventures of the west with an interesting Kalsubai trek with your loved ones on your next holiday. 
  • This amazing Kalsubai trek begins with your assembling at the Kasara Railway Station at around midnight; 01:20 AM, and is followed by your journey to the Kasra village. The journey usually takes around 4 hours to complete.
  • On arrival at the village by 05:00 in the morning, get freshened up with an energizing breakfast and tea. Embark on the trek at around 06:30AM and start hiking through the captivating trails that will take you to the peak.
  • Trekking for around 4 hours, once you make it to the summit, enjoy the astounding views of the Bhandardara Lake and the Wison Dam situated underneath the peak. Exploring the lush beauty in and around the peak, start trekking back to the base village by around 11:45AM.
  • Your arrival at the Kasara village; by 02:00PM, will be followed by lunch and some relaxing moments. Post this, pack up yourself and start your return journey from Kasara Railway Station at around 03:00PM and expect to reach your final destination by around 06:00 in the evening. 




  • Day 1 -

    08:45 PM: Assemble at Kasara Railway station

    10:00 PM: Reach base village.

    10:10 PM: Start trek

    01:30 AM: Reach Kalsubai summit

    02:15 AM: Start descending Kalsubai,

    06:00 AM: Reach base village, breakfast.

    07:00 AM: Travel from Bari to Kasara railway station.

    09:30 AM: Disperse at Kasara railway station on 01/01/2016 of the new year

    Sturdy pair of trekking shoes.
    Comfortable clothing: track pants and t-shirts.
    Waterproof rucksack/shoulder bag, waterproof jacket/raincoat.
    Water bottles (3L), caps or hats.
    Torch/flash lights with spare power cells.
    Personal bedding, sleeping bag, bed sheet and carry mat.
    Personal medication (if any).
    Do not carry valuables during the trek.
    Avoid wearing chappals or slippers during the trek.
    Carry camera and binocular at personal risk.
    Pay heed and attention to the trek guides and instructors.
    Avoid perfume
    This activity can be availed as a private or group tour
    If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
    In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
    The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
    The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
    In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
    Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
