Participants are requested to board the following train and get in the second compartment towards Mumbai CST end

05:18AM: Mumbai CST

05:35AM: Dadar

05:47AM: Kurla

06:14AM: Thane

06:36AM: Dombivili

06:46AM: Kalyan

07:16AM: Vangani

07:20AM: Report at Vangni Railway Station

07:30AM: General Instructions /Introduction/ Orientations


08:00AM: Travel towards Chanderi base

08:30AM: Start your trek

12:00PM: Reach Chanderi caves

01:00PM: Explore the fort


02:00PM: Start descending from the caves

05:30PM: Reach base village & move towards Vangni Rail Station

06:30PM: Disperse at Vangni Railway Station

Transport from Vangni to base of Chanderi & back to Vangni railway station
Avalid ID Proof
Carryall your luggage in an effective backpack/ rucksack (Kindly avoid carryingsling bags, slide bags, suitcases, trolley bags, ShabnamBags etc.) Ensure you pack all your luggage in a plastic bag

Preferwearing full sleeves/windcheater
Goodquality and sturdy pair of walking shoes (Avoidwearing sandals, chappals, and floaters)

Enerzyl Powder or Glucon D powder some snacksand biscuits
Smoking or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited duringthe trek
Dress decently: Sleeveless, low neck, figurehugging shirts/tops, short pants, hot pants not allowed
Management holds all the rights to change/deviate/cancelthe plans without prior notice.
Adhere to the instructions of the trek leader. The leader’sdecisions will be final
Telephonic confirmation is mandatory,if unable to contact, kindly send a text message
Avoid wearing perfume or deodorant forthe trek
If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
