Overnight Journey, Arrival in Dehradun
Get set for an exciting ride ahead as you travel from Delhi to the Dehradun via a train. Have a comfortable sleep and save your energy for the upcoming adventure.
Arrival in Dehradun, Rafting
Arriving in Dehradun, you will be transferred to the Tons camp by lunch time. Once you arrive at the campsite, check-in into designated tents and get rejuvenated with a lunch followed by a briefing session about the upcoming trek in Tons Valley camping. Also collect the board rafts for a short raft trip till Khunigad. Come back to the camp by evening and enjoy tea/coffee; rest for the day with dinner around camp fire with an overnight stay.
Tons River Rafting, Hike, Pond, Creek
The day will be dedicated towards fun activities in and around the valley! Go for a rafting tour at the river Tons,Uttarakhand, hike up to a nearby pond or to a creek. Come evening, enjoy dinner beside the campfire and retire for the night.
First Day of Trek
The trek to the final destination of Kedarkantha begins today as you drive towards Sankri, the origin of this enthralling trek. Arriving in Sankri, embark on a fascinating trek to Juda Tal, which is a small, yet scenic water body; overnight stay in camp.
4-5 Hours Trek, Himalayan Forests, Uphill Trek
Today, after having a healthy breakfast, you will be heading towards the Kedarkantha Base and camp there for the night. During this journey you will be trailing through thick Himalayan forests and travel uphill with increasing ascent. The whole trek takes about 4 to 5 hours.
Among all the previous days, today will be the most memorable one as you will be trekking towards the Kedarkantha Peak. Make sure, you spend plenitude of time around the peak and capture some of the stunning sights with your camera! Post this, embark on a return trek to the base camp for lunch; rest of the day can be spent in doing smaller hikes around the camp followed by dinner and overnight stay.
Back Trek, Kids’ Activity, Campfire Dinner
It’s time to retreat to the starting position as today you will be descending back to Juda Tal. It’s a descent all the way and takes you through Himalayan forests with rhododendron, oaks and pines. Evening will be delighted with kids activities followed by dinner beside a campfire and overnight stay.
Overnight Train to Delhi
On the final day of the trek, embark on a short trek to Sankri, from where you will be driven towards Dehradun Railway Station. Post dinners, wish ‘adieu’ to the crew members and board an overnight train to Delhi.

After an immensely fun filled activity at Tons Valley, arrive at Delhi early in the morning, and mark the end of an exciting as well as adventurous trek experience.
