The beautiful destination of Leh in the northern part of India is located amid the snow capped peaks of the Himalaya mountain range. The main attractions in the package include Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake and the famous Khardung La. If you visit Leh, there is no way you can miss the monasteries, and they are also included in this package.
The adventure for your Ladakh tour would begin in Leh, with the leading adventure activities being white water rafting, mountaineering and wildlife exploration. The adventure lovers are especially attractive to this place.
The picturesque Rumbak Valley trek begins from Leh, and it comprises of visiting several famous monasteries including the Hemis, Thiksey. Hemis and Shey Palace. Thenceforth, you would be travelling between Spituk and Stok taking an adventurous journey that is 4-days long.
The Leh Ladakh trip takes you to heights over 7,900 meters, and you can find yourself surrounded by huge mountains, amazing white lakes and enthralling valleys that cannot be found anywhere.
You would arrive at the Leh airport and our representative would receive you courteously and take you to the Hotel. You can spend an entire day resting while enjoying the welcome tea or coffee from the Hotel. Post-lunch you can explore the Leh Market, the famous Shanti Stupa and the Leh Palace. You would be provided a relaxing night stay at the Hotel or a Guest House.
The second day would take you to all the leading monasteries, covering a distance of over 100 km. You would have your breakfast and then you would be driven to Shey Palace, Stok Palace Museum, Hemis and Thiksey monasteries. You would be provided your lunch packed for enjoying the meal at the destination. By evening, you can return to Leh and spend the night at the Hotel.
Travel to the Pangong Lake, a journey spread over 160 km.Enjoy your breakfast before leaving for this lake that is more than 14,500 feet high. The journey would take you via the Changla Pass that rises to over 17,300 feet. It is one of the top 3 motorable roads on the planet. You would be spending your night in Hotel or Camps.
You would be returning from Pangong Lake back to Leh. Have a sumptuous breakfast in Pangong Lake and return to Leh by visiting Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and Hemis on the way. You would be spending the night at a Hotel or Guest House.
Embark on a trekking journey between Spituk and Zingchen that is around 3,700 meters high. It takes around 4 to hours. The walk would begin along the old jeep road. After walking for 3 hours, you would enter the lush valley of Zingchen, where you can come across the Rumbak River flowing into the Indus. You can spend the remaining day watching the picturesque view and spending the time close to the river. The night would be spent in a Home.
From the Zingchen Valley, you would embark on a journey to Rumbak that is more than 3,900 meters high. This is a journey of 3 to 4 hours. This day of the journey, you would be visiting the famous Hemis National Park, where you can come close to the Snow Leopard, Tibetan wolf, Arghali, Ladakhi Urial, Blue Sheep, marmot, Lynx, dhole and the mountain hare.
We would be climbing at a slow pace to reach the Rumbak village. The climb would pass through a stunning gorge from where you can get a view of the peaks of Stok. People from around the world come to Rumbak for observing and researching the Snow Leopard of the Himalayas. Then, you would be returning to Leh by a drive. You would be staying at a Hotel or Guest House for the night.
You would be visiting the Nubra Valley that is around 120 km from Leh.Take your breakfast and you would be embarking to Nubra Valley by vehicle passing through Khardungla, which is the highest motorable road on the planet at over 18,300 feet.By noon, you would be arriving at Diskit. For the remaining part of the day, you have the entire day to yourself. It is possible to discoverHunder Villages, Diskit and take a camel Safari from Deskit to Hunder Village. Stay at the Hotel for the night.
The eighth day, you would be traveling back between the Nubra Valley and Leh. The day would begin with breakfast and a visit to the Diskit Monastery followed by driving back to Leh via Khardungla. At night, you would be staying at Hotel.
During the 9th day of your Leh Ladakh tour, you would be taking a day tour of Indus Grade 2 Plus between Phey and Nimo, a distance of over 35 km. This would be an amazing and easy raft ride across an isolatedstretch of Indus. It comes to an end at the meeting of the Indus with the Zanskar River. After the raft ride during the day, you would be spending the night at Leh.
Return from Leh to New Delhi.
