About the Activity:



  • This tour starts with a healthy breakfast at 10 AM, followed by a bush-walk through Burleigh Head National Park, a prominent Gold Coast landmark.
  • Take a 45 minute guided bush-walk around the mountains with wide range of flora and fauna, and enjoy the spectacular ocean views.
  • At the end of this walk, kayaks will be ready for you to paddle through the peaceful and beautiful mangrove landscapes of Tallebudgera Creek.
  • This Creek runs from the Springbook Plateau all the way to the southern slopes of Burleigh Head National Park, leading to the Pacific Ocean.
  • During this 60 minute paddling session, you will cruise among the exotic landscapes, whilst admiring a wide variety of birds.
  • To finish the day, you will be driven to Currumbin where you will enjoy the Wildlife Sanctuary. This Sanctuary is well known for being the only place where you can cuddle a koala, whilst professional photographers capture the moment at an additional cost.
  • This trip enables you to feed the kangaroos, hold a baby crocodile, feed the rainbow lorikeets, and much more. 
  • The trip is only available on Tuesdays and Fridays.

    Dry bags for personal belongings
    Pick up from your hotel and a transfer to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (if your hotel is located between Biggera Waters and Broadbeach).
    The transfer from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to your hotel is also included with shuttle services.

    In the rare occasion that a tour has to be cancelled due to weather conditions or other unexpected events you will be entitled of a full refund or you may choose any other day to book your tour.
    No refunds for any customer cancellations that occur 24 hours or less prior to the tour.
    50% refund for any customer cancellations that occur more than 24 hours prior to the tour.
    The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
    The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
    In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
    Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
