Start the trip with exploring Kathmandu and its rich heritage, and as you're enjoying the scenic view to Pokhara metropolis, put together yourself for the final adventure. The Muktinath temple located at about 12,000 ft is nestled inside the Muktinath valley. The valley is a a part of the mustang district on the foothills of the thorong la pass. The magnificent view of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna as you take the atr flight to jomsom is another prominent reason for which Muktinath is a must do tour for not only the pilgrims but all nature lovers. The last four km through jeep that take you to the shrine amid the panoramic views, rejuvenate all your senses and gives you a sense of serenity you may hardly ever enjoy again.
Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu
Arrive aT Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel. Rest for the day and acclimatize. You can also visit to local markets, temples, museums etc. Overnight stay at Hotel
Day 2: Kathamandu to Pokhara journey. Overnight stay at Pokhara (200 KMS |4-5 hours)
Wake up and have breakfast. Head out for the Kathmandu city tour. Start with the Durbar Square, then Kasthamandap aka the ‘Pavillion of Wood’, UNESCO World Heritage Site of Boudhanath Stupa and royal palace.
Then drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It will take around 5 hours to reach Pokhara. The route is perhaps the most scenic route of the world with blissful mountain and densely forested landscape at the horizon. Overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 3: Pokhara to Jomsom by flight and visit to Muktinath (35 minutes flight) | Muktinath Darshan
Today is the day for Muktinath Darshan. First in the morning after breakfast go for Pokhara airport and take the flight till Jomsom. The best part of the flight is the beautiful snow covered Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri, scenic valleys, and the milky-white Kali Gandaki River. Reach Jomsom and complete your Darshan and then pass time enjoying the dramatic landscape of the Annapurna range or stop by the Mustang Eco Museum
Day 4: Jomsom to Pokhara return flight. Overnight stay at Pokhara
Return back to Pokhara and check into the hotel. Rest of the day you can spend at leisure in the hotel or go out to experience the city of Pokhara. Optionally, you can go for Paragliding also if allowed
Day 5: Pokhara to Manakamana Devi Temple to Kathmandu (200 KMS| 4-5 Hours)
Visit to the Manakamana Devi Temple. A highly esteemed worship shrine of the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati (an incarnation of Parvati). Once the visit is completed head back to Kathmandu. Check into hotel and take rest. Overnight stay at Kathmandu
Day 6: Departure from Kathmandu
Start your return journey from Kathmandu
